1. Agreement and eligibility
These draft terms would govern access to the Sableon corporate website. By using the site after these terms become effective, visitors would agree to follow them and applicable law. Product-specific services may require separate terms.
2. Permitted website use
Visitors may use the site for lawful informational and communication purposes. They may not interfere with its operation, probe security without authorization, submit harmful code, impersonate others, scrape protected content at scale, or misuse the contact system.
3. Intellectual property
The Sableon name, Eclipse symbol, website design, text, software, and related materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No license is granted except the limited right to view and use the site as these terms permit.
4. Product information and availability
Product descriptions, development status, timing, and features may change. Planned functionality is informational and does not promise that a feature or product will launch. Synastry will have separate consumer terms before release.
5. Reflective systems, not guarantees
Astrology, numerology, compatibility frameworks, and related product content are tools for discovery, reflection, and conversation. They do not guarantee compatibility, predict relationship success, or replace professional advice.
6. Disclaimers and limitation structure
The final terms will include legally reviewed warranty disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnity provisions, governing law, dispute procedures, and jurisdiction-specific exceptions. Those provisions are intentionally not fabricated in this draft.
7. Privacy, links, and changes
Use of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy. External links may be governed by other terms. The final terms will identify material changes and their effective date.
